Gravel.. To Be perfectly honest. I Dont Know. When you asked that question. I Though Black. I MIght just go for the natural looking gravel though

For the Declorinator get pond declor it'll last you ages! i use like 15ml on a water change weekly which about 200litre a time.

Pond Declorinator will be cheaper and you use less, it's a no brainer.

Use sand it's better than gravel as it's easier to clean, you dont need chunky sand , you just need a steady hand and the crap will come of the top of the sand. I clean my tank in around 20-30minutes
