All I know is it's 7ft long and guessing by looks at least 1.5ft- 2ft high and possibly 1.5ft w ( TFF calculator says on a rough guess at 7x2x2 is 793L !!!! Big jump from my 100L lol and I'm waiting on a email back and I'm constantly checking my emails every 5 mins as I so desperately want this especially at that price and I've got a slot in my living room that this will slide straight into ( 7ft 4i ) lol and I'll be having it as my community tank. I'm not sure whether to stay with all Molly's or mix with platy's aswell for variation.

Can't say the tank won't be big enough lol

I have at a rough guess around 16 Molly's so I would prob go to say 25-30 Molly's max and maybe 15 different coloured platys.

Would 30-40 fish be ok in a 7x2x2 tank. I personally wouldve thought they would be fine in that size and if I have any babies they can got in my 100l tank lol

Well that tank fell through as the owner hadn't taken it off the selling site

BUT I've managed to pick up a 5 x 1.5 x 2 for £150 comes with

jealous ! im desperate for a 5ft tank as it would fit perfectly in the room at home but havent got lots of money to spend, if i could get one cheaply i could sell my 3ft to cover some of the cost - otherwise its a no goer

where is this shop that sells 2nd hand tanks? I wish there was one near me!

I've only ever seen one shop that sold them, but it was about a two hour drive from here.

In near Basildon in essex and they had a few biggish tanks in there I'll pm you the location if your interested more

And yea I like Molly's platy's and I'm not to keen on mollies but in sure if I got some they would grow on me and for some reason it's just what I like.

I'm the kind of person that likes keeping things simple and straight forward ( army habits lol)

Is that a rio 400? Looks same as mine. Not sure whether to sell or keep my rio 400, stand and equipment when I get my 6 or 8 footer in August?? All down to if the other half lets me have the 2 or not lol I already have a 150 litre turtle tank set up as well and a 30 gal hospital tank

They also sell 2nd hand filters, light fittings, and all spare parts for next to nothing for filters as we all know it's always the stupid little things that break.

They had at least another 20-30 tanks in there all second hand but a couple new ones aswell if location wanted I'll tell you if wanted
