How big is your bowl?

I was actually at pets at home today (picking up another cory) when i overheard someone being given wrong advice. It happens often. Read around the place and you'll pick up what you need to know.

well any bowl isnt going to be big enough for that oscar, gold fish shouldnt be in there and the common plec will grow too bigtake all these fish back and keep the betta also buy a heater for that bowl and go have a look ion the betta section of this forum

He can't be fully grown at 2".

Youre betta and goldfish are highly likely to fight.

Do you know how many gallons your bowl is?

Why do I need a bigger tank, they all have room to swim. Also he is full grown he's 2".

MaddieJ the bowl was about 3 gallons about the size of a bucket.

the oscar is no where near fully grown at 2" the goldfish is coldwater the rest are tropical the oscar will eat the betta and the plec will grow up to 1 foot

Trust me he's not fully grown. To be honest the sort of advice which pets at home has given you doesn't supprise me.

I think a place which sell fish would know more than you and they told me he was fully grown.

none they know nothing some do most dont infact my 10 year old sister knows more than most of the staff at pets at hpme
