My first ever tank!

Found some bladder and ramshorn snail hitch hikers!
Biofilm and algae are growing (sadly some hair algae too, I'm thinking on buying a single amano shrimp to try and reduce it a bit when the neocaridinas and clithon corona are added)
Cycle is almost complete! Yesterday I dosed 2ppm ammonia and today nitrite is 1ppm so still a bit to go!
I want to get my chili rasboras and my panda corys when it's done and I try it like at least 2 times hehe!
Also, I at last got some Frogbit and (maybe) red roots! The guy from the fish store got some from the back to me secretly hahaha, let's see if they can thrive and become red!

Tannins also seem to have gone away! I used a charcoal bag (you can see the string on the left) for exactly 2 weeks and poof.

You should add microfauna from Phillip's Fish Works(Best results if added BEFORE the fish)! A beauty like this should supply its own food.:hooray:
Oh? What is that, sounds cool! I have live bacteria but I suppose they're different hahaha , I've seen this image before

But idk if it's the same

which plan do you think is best for my first tank?
1st boraras merah and corys nannus, 2nd honey gourami, 3rd neocaridina, clithon and amano, 4th (optional) otos
OR
1st amano and clithon (hair algae in tank), 2nd honey gourami, 3rd corys nannus, 4th boraras merah, 5th neocaridina, 6th (optional) otos

(recently got a bit cloudy with debris? I hope it goes away with the big water change after the cycle, or else I'll get some floss filter)

That's correct! Microfauna are a collection of small arthropods that are lower on the food chain. They serve as food, as well as part of an aquarium's immune system.
Fun Fact: Scuds eat Ich!d:D

I love microfauna! 😍 Sadly Phillip's doesn't deliver to Spain and I didn't find anything here:sad: When I look for Scuds only flies for fishing show up lol

I'll look when I go to the countryside! Are they in still water, in lakes or in rivers mostly?
Yes, in established bodies of water. Don't boil the leaf litter like folks tell you to- just net it up and throw it in the tank. For best results, add microfauna before the fish.

Possibly the worst thing you could ever do to your fish tank is add muck, wood, leaves, or anything from a body of water.
You have no clue what creatures or pathogens you're introducing. Just a bad idea.

I have a 1.5L "experiment" "tank" with only plants so I'll add them there to see what I find hahahah
