Update: 14 babies as another guppy started giving birth today and i called my third female rainbow because of her colours.

so i have:
Black delta female:midnight
red delta female:fire
Unknown species female:rainbow
Yellow mosiac male:citrine.

Another update 19 babies and stil counting as rainbow is still dropping.

Well some fry are about 2 days old and some are about 1 day old. They are in my 5.5 gal tank as i received the heater i bought today so they have a small tank to them selves.

My first question is. Can you tell how long midnight has to go?
My second question is. Which would be more inexpensive a new light fitting and bulb for my 2ft or a clip on light with an open top tank?

I would really like one of those over top lights which means i wouldn't need a lid and my guppies haven't had a lid on for the past 2 days as i have been watching for babies and they haven't even attempted jumping.

It's her first! I've had her for about a month and she was pregnant when i got her. She hasn't dropped yet it's fire and rainbow that have and boy do they look different!

Thanks and all the babies are fine as anything now they have a tank to grow out in, instead of a breeding trap. They only went in the tank today as i only recieved the heater today.

im not using a heater for my 5 gal with my fry in it.

I have to because there really isn't any good heating in our house atm as our radiators are all playing up which is odd.
