got an email today. apparently Microsoft are willing to offer IE8, to me, for free! what a fantastic offer! all i have to do, is go internet shopping with it.

just how stupid do these people think we are?

Quite, evidently, Microsoft would never send you this kind of e-mail, it's probably a phishing scam.

Definately a scam. If you get anymore emails from microsoft or any other company I would suggest scanning them for viruses ect. before opening them.
