Yep DOA = Dead on Arrival, It happens sometimes when sending Fry. Seller has agreed to send more when they are available.

They should of been ok but we did get a very cold snap first half of the week, if they was left out for long or in a warehouse for a while then they could of easily chilled.

NO there was no heat pack, but we both thought they would be ok, as this week has been very mild.
Not to worry though, he will send some out soon.

They must of just got hit as it was very cold at points tue and wednesday moring, was scrapeing think ice off my car at 5am!

It must be warmer in the UK than here. I wouldn't even think about shipping with the weather we have had. The overnight lows have been about -5 to -8C and the daytime highs have had a hard time exceeding 3C. Those are not good temperatures for any tropical fish and would be a bit of a stretch for even a goodeid or goldfish.

Hopefully if the weather picks up, i should get some soon.
