Is this some kind of cichlid?

Today i got these fishes looks like convict cichlid but faint colour and have one black dot on dorsal fin like barb.
These were swimming with group of lampeye.
What kind of fish is it?

They look like young rift lake cichlids, as to what type, no idea. Did you find them in the local river or at a pet shop?
