Is It Over Stocked?

Ok i have a 110 litre tank. its a planted tank loads of places for fishies to hide, loads of plants.

so far i have:

2 dwarf Gouramis
4 black skirt tetras
4 Neons
1 Small loach ( forgot what its called) stays small
3 ammano shrimp
2 cherry shrimp


Is this over stocked or can i add more?? Im after 2 angel fish but im not to sure

you could up some numbers, but only if you wish, there is no need to.

I think you are under-stocked and need to up the number of your shoaling fishes. Ie everything except the gourami.
