how warm is the water and how long have they been fat for?

The babies develop faster in warm water so if the tank is only 24C then you can increase the temperature to 26 or 28C to shorten the gestation period.

Female livebearers can hold young for a while if they feel stressed or conditions are not good for their babies. Make sure you have lots of floating plants like Water Sprite (Ceratopteris thallictroides) in the tank, feed the adults well, do regular water changes and gravel cleans and wait. It should only take a month for them to give birth from when their eggs are first fertilised.
