I Bought It!

Haha! I was well warned before I even hit "order" that it "IS NOT" being touched by my fingers before the 25th 00:00! But, i have a tank here i could use the filter from it to cycle the tank. It's a little stingray 15 which i have cycled all my tanks with :) Does the job great. BTW! I wanted sand like your where do i get it? Also are they reef bones?

How about sneeking the 305 filter out of the box and get it cycling off your other tank.... :shifty:

My 'sand' is in fact coral gravel, available in most lfs.

I want either black or white sand, will have a think about it! Thanks. SO what style should i do?

Black sand would look lush if you are going to use a lot of plants and it'll really bring the colours of the fish out also :good:

Yeah :good: , I have never had a brand new tank all mine are second hand

Congratulations on your new tank! :D
Im still stuck with a poxy Roma 200 and a poxy Roma 125 -_-
It would be really cool of you done a really heavily planted tank with Discus in it, or maybe a tank of Oddball fish :D

Never done nor seen oddball fish. Will do some research now!

If you are going for a Rio Tapajos biotope, get some inspiration from this film: http://www.aquanet.tv/Video/173-in-den-zufluessen-des-rio-tapajos-kleine-buntbarsche-

It is in German, but the images speak for itself. Don't get put off by the ad for the aquafim first! The real thing comes after that.

It comes with....

A Fluval 305 External Filter, Tronic Heater 300watt, Fluval GLO lighting, one of each 40watt PowerGlo & AquaGlo, LCD thermometer and a Fluval Aquarium Care Guide. There is also a 100ml Nutrafin Aqua Plus water conditioner and a 100ml Nutrafin Cycle with a 26g Nutrafin Tropical Flake food.

120cm Aquarium Background - Japanese Plant and Driftwood
29kg Dorset Natural Gravel
5in Aquarium Fish Net
Easy Clean Gravel Cleaner Medium Size

Also the free cabinet!

I paid £298 for it! :good:

If you've bought it from where I think you have, go careful when they deliver it, they put the gravel and other 'bonus' items inside the aquarium and reseal the box.

I ordered my vicenza 180 from them and had me and a friend to take it off of the pallet lorry. What I expected to weigh 30-40k ended up being 60-70k and got a nasty surprise (the delivery guys arent insured to take it off the truck). Nearly dropped the tank and ended up with a few bruises to boot!

Seapets? If so i have rang and they said they will take it off the truck and they will even place it upstairs for us.

Yup, seapets. If you have something different arranged, I stand corrected, just thought I'd give you the heads up if applicable.

Just taken the below off of their website:

Aquariums
Aquariums made of glass are normally delivered free throughout mainland England. Customers are always contacted by Seapets, or our carrier to arrange a suitable delivery day. We prefer to allow three working days from order to delivery, but next day is possible. Carriers are not insured to carry any item into the house so please be sure to have help available if required. As an approved retailer, Seapets ensures that all products are fully guaranteed and we have a great replacement service when necessary, glass is never guaranteed against breakage, so be sure to check the aquarium by opening the protective packaging before signing to accept the delivery, the aquarium will be replaced as long as it is not signed for as undamaged, such damage is very rare but possible. Please have a responsible person available to receive the delivery as arranged as carriers may charge for a second delivery. Saturday deliveries may be possible but can cost up to £30 extra.

Ill give them another ring tonight and if its right ill cancel the order :good:

I can get it else where for the same price just minus the free gifts which I would have thrown away anyway :p

Just rang them and they said if the delivery driver is a nice one he will most probably put it into the lobby for us :good:

The me and my dad will get it up stairs at the weekend!

*fingers crossed*
