Just rang them and they said if the delivery driver is a nice one he will most probably put it into the lobby for us
The me and my dad will get it up stairs at the weekend!

You'll have no problems once it's delivered, just wanted to forewarn you that they usually put the free gravel inside the aquarium box - hook it out before it comes off the truck and you'll be fine
