i have been noticing that of
late that i don't see many
hoplosternum thoracatum
any more in the shops it that
they are not that popular in the
home aquarium any more i used to find
the a cracking cat fish and easy
to breed as well

i used to have one that was a complete nutter

used to try and get into the hose pipe when i was doing a water change ( cold water too ) very playfull lovely fish

used to have on that you could hand feed

i see them relatively often at one of my lfs'. they dont stay in their long so somebodies buying them he probably gets some in every other delivery he has, roughly every other week.
