I think a "swarm" of fish is a school or shoal. But in my 75 gallon, when we walk in the room in the morning the tetras, siamese algae eaters and angels all swarm to the feed area. We even call them "the swarm". 
I think I'll try to find some of those rasboras. They really are bright and pretty.
