Afternoon,

i have a couple of young male GTs about 2 and 3 inches long. At the mo agression is minimal. Occasional the larger wil give the little one a quick chase. No contact. My Firemouths currently run the tank when the Plec isn't giving everyone aggro.

I realise the GTs are gonna get big and can be pretty aggressive. So my queston is how quick are these guys gonna grow and develope.

IMO compaired with their larger central american cousins GTs grow much slower, espcially after they hit about 4-6 inches, agression wise short of having a 6 foot + tank you are going to see some wicked battles. I have a female that is about 6 inches or so and she beat the snot out of my JD that has a good 2.5- 3 inches on her plus he also has the mass!!!!
