Remeber 123 you cant always blame the LFS, its up to you to ask questions as well. How do they know how you intend to house the fish etc etc

Any way back on subject, we all want to help you but can you answer these:

What are the full tank dimesions ?
Have you bought test kits yet ? Test Results ?
What filter are you using ?

Posting a photo would help

how happens to the fish bodys

i have put some baterca stuff in & also stress stuff now

is it normal to have them just laying on the bottom of the tank about half are doing this

No its not normal.

You should look at changing about 50% of the water, getting your water tested and rehoming half the guppies you have.

As has been said, you have overloaded the filter and the ammonia your fish are producing is not be nitrified. This isn't good for the fish.

1. Don't clean out your filters in tap water (it'll kill the beneficial bacteria).

how do i clean it than in the tank or what
:look:

Don't bother with cleaning the filter, you need all the bacteria you can get. Test strips are not accurate so I'd get a liquid test kit ASAP, but your nitrate is VERY high. What is the nitrate of your tap water? For now all you can do is take as many guppies back as possible and carry on with water changes.
