So I have a 58 liter tank an ehiem classic 250 which as a slower flow than most also hoping on getting a tidal 35 or 55 to help it out a bit it seems to be struggling. It's stocked with 3 albino corys one bristle nose and two pearl gouramis. One of the pearl gouramis has a sort of fluffy small white spot in its eye and what looks like fin rot on its top fin. I am treating it with interpret anti-fungal and fin rot. And just wanted to make sure this is what the disease was. Also adding interpret equilibrium salt. Just wanted to make sure it was fungus and not ich or something like that.

What are the water parameters of your tank? Does the spot in his eye looks shiny? (Glazed) Or fuzzy?

Another thing I would like to add. Albino Cory's need to be in groups of 6 or more. Preferably more.

Ammonia 0 ppm nitrite 0 ppm and nitrate 15 ppm and ph is 7.
The eye is more of a fuzzy look. Also I think they may have minor pop eye but that could just be the fishes normal eye?
