Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Single Tiger Barb with loss of colour. Also occasionally stopping, falling forward into a headstand and apparently "fitting", sort of shakes in the water. Happens for a few seconds, then he shoots off back into the group seemingly fine. Does it once every few minutes, ive been watching him for an hour. (Wife has a terrible choice of TV..)

Volume and Frequency of water changes: As above. 30% Changed weekly

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: Mature external

Tank inhabitants: As Signature + Below

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): Further 6 Tiger Barbs added a few weeks ago. Not quarantined but not showing signs, neither are the rest. Its one of my older guys with the issue.

Exposure to chemicals: Nutrafin premix ferts once a week, never been a problem.

Digital photo (include if possible): Will get one if required.
