Needs more rock IMO :p, But other then that, it is simply stunning... I love your corals and Lyretail

Yeah definitely needs more rock. Only got what I had in my nano (about 12kg) and 10kg of base rock at the moment. Rest will have to wait until I have some spare funds again (£12 a KG for rock!!!!!!)

£12 a KILO!!!! bloody hell, is this diamond encrusted live rock?

You would think! There is one other place nearby that does it for £11 a Kg but it is really naff looking stuff (sure its live but it dont look to great). Even the £12 stuff isnt always that good. Thats why I'm leaving it for the moment. Once I got some spare cash I will just get some off the net (rubbish lfs).

I recommend looking for some on Ebay etc, and off members who tanks are already established as you will be paying a lower rate :D

barney are you a member of ultimate reef. There is some great advice on there and lots of reefers in kent. Some of whom are selling liverock for much cheaper than £12.
Cheers,
Luke

Thats a very good point actually. I havent been online much over the last few months so only briefly stopped by there once or twice in that time. Stupidly never crossed my mind to check there for LR :)

Thanks :good:

Thanks for the nice comments. I got bored so took a bunch of new photos, thought I would repost them in the photo section. There have been a few changes to the tank since the last ones posted on here.

Full tank shot (looking much better with more rock, still debating if I want more in the middle or not):

Royal gramma, The most aggressive fish in the tank. He wont chase anyone but he doesnt like anyone going near "his turf" (all the rest are happy to swim together):

Pretty little feather duster I found growing under one of my rocks:

Firefish:

Pink scooter blenny (my favourite one :) ).

Anthia's (never get bored of taking photos of this guy, mainly because he sits still long enough to get a decent one :) ).

Clown fish:
She has decided to host my mushroom. The mushroom really isnt too happy about the arrangement though.

The neighbours are having a few issues with each other:
IMG_2979.jpg

(The Royal Gramma's hole is just above the mushroom, they never do any damage to each other but they do make sure that they each stay in their own space)

Royal Gramma:
I love this fish but it is the most territorial one in the tank. I'm keeping a close watch on things and if it gets worse it may have to find a new home.

"What you looking at!!!!"

(unfortunately my tank is pretty old and scratched to hell as you can see here. Good lesson not to buy cheap magfloats!)

Lovely tank and inhabitants :)

Are you going to add any more fish?

How much maintenance does it take per week?
