Blimey the babies sure coloured up fast!!!! awww they look so happy, sure you dont want any more lol.

Could I be a cheeky mare! would you mine putting one of the pics of the babies on my ad peeeerrrlllleeeaaaaaaaasssssee.

Of course I can hon, was gonna ask if you wanted me to anyway :D

you managed to keep oto's with those? wow, surprised they havent been munched. i know big fish munch shrimp the size of oto's.

I originally had 4 oto's, this was the largest of the group and whilst the others have disappeared over time, this little chap is happily avoiding any problems, Im suprised he hasnt been eaten too and lord knows what he lives on, because he refuses algae wafter, any veg or food, so I must have enough algae in the tank to keep him going, he's an active little soul, always out and about, the fish pay him no attention at all - the only ones that used to try to eat him were the bala's and they are now rehomed.

Looks good. The babies look great how old are they now?
What happen to the Frontosa do you have another tank for them?

i suppose there must be some algae in there. it is a large enough tank for one otto to graze on!

plus you have plenty of bogwood and anubias (bateri by the looks of it) for it to graze on.

loving the pics though. good enough to eat. (the fish! not the pics)

The babies are about 3 months (ish) I think. The frontosa were not doing well in my tank, so I swapped them with Star4 (who already has frontosa) for the 6 Ellioti.

Nick, I know I have plenty of green spot algae!! Drives me nuts and I have nana and bat I think anubias, I dunno what its called, but its the only plant the severum doesnt eat, just rips up now and again
