Proshrimp is very popular for plants in the UK, so I naturally assume it's what people use + they use RM. I myself have spent a fair amount on that site over the last few years.

. I have gotten refunds before for singular missing items/damages, but never a whole package. IME, they have been easy to work with in matters like that. With it being a whole package, they may claim RM is at fault and that you should contact RM. Knowing RM however, they probably won't do anything in regards to refunds.. Recently, they've been going downhill in terms of customer service. You could mention that the intercom was never rung, or there was no IRL acknowledgement that a parcel was delivered, and see what they say.
