seems to me they all do!!!!!!!!!!! mine has looked pregnant for 12 months now.

do you know what type of mollie it is. e.g balloon mollie, black mollie?

she just said it was a dalmation molly.

chances are, shes just fat. My guppies also seem to be preggy, so do my swordtails. But then again I could be wrong in which you can try to make out any gravid spots, if its even possible with the black spots, or just have a well planted tank just in case. And if after maybe a month she still looks pregnant, then shes just fat.
