Cat Person?

I find that fish limit themselves to a maximum density so I allow whatever density they find acceptable. I would also find that a high density if I was standing outside looking in, but the nezzies seem to think it is alright and they are growing and prospering. I never argue with my fish.
And what filter does it have? Mine's a 300L/h internal.

Mine is a simple sponge like this one.

That's one HUGE sponge. Larger than mine (mine's around 10 cm).
But what does the water vacuuming/pumping? And where did you get the engine? Or do you need to buy a special pump to make a home-made filter?

It is run using a power head.

Overall, it looks like mine (only that mine has a plastic around the sponge to hold it and that it's store-bought), but how many times does it turn the water? Or is it impossible to tell for home-made ones?

I will soon have a secret layer to contain all my fish!!!! And I think I'm probably going to branch out and get into other animals like fiddler crabs or newts so you might end up getting more than just fish for your tanks!

If only my dad would empty the basement... :shifty: But it's full of firewood. -.- So got to wait till the attic is fixed, stairs are made to the attic and then I can start setting up that new tank, but I will need a 700 l/h or more filter.
Even better would be that the stairs will be in my room, so I could just go upstairs and feed the other fish. o_O
