Can I Use Laminated Flooring Underlay For A Base?

Well my polystyrene wasnt covering the whole space between my stand and tank so ive replaced it with quite a few sheets of this:

To make around half a inch of cushion foam, will this be okay replacing the polystyrene stopping it to twist and crack etc.

Firstly do you know the name of your tank and is it a stand especially for the tank?

Secondly does the tank have a suspended bottom? In other words is there a space up under the tank base with a rim around the edge or is the base flat?
