Bully Fish

I have a Ballon Molly who has been great for the past 6 months but one of my Platys died recently and his become a bully to two of my other Platys (who are bigger than him), I have put him in my Hospital tank for a few days but when I put him back in the main tank he bullys again, Does anyone have any solutions on how to sort the bullying out?

I currently have x6 female platys (3 of which are babys) and the Molly in a 60 litre.

maybe adding a platy to replace the one who died? Or adding another 2 mollies, to even out the odds?

Re-arrange your decorations! This will force them to form new territories. You may still end up with the same fish as a bully again, but you might not. It all depends on which fish gets the top rank first.

I tried to rearrange the tank but still he was boss, I have put him in a 5 gallon tank now and going to leave him there for a week, then introduce him back to the main tank and cross my fingers he calms down.
