Beneficial Bacteria

Guys, I emptied my 5ft tank today to change substrate and a few other things and still haven't got it filled back up with water yet (fish are in buckets with heaters and internal filters). So, my Eheim 2080 external filter has been switched off for about 6 hours now, but should be back on within the next hour, so approx. 7 hours not running. Any idea what that means in terms of beneficial bacteria loss?

about 10% per day, they'll quickly catch back up though, within a day.

I will second Truck's call on bacteria. Somewhere around 10% per day as long as you keep the colony moist and don't let it dry out.
