Yes I was born and raised in the Chicago area so I'm a die hard Bearsssssss fan.
I think JD Pritzker is a jerk. All the legislature has to do is give the Bears a break on property taxes and they'll go to Arlington and build their own stadium. Soldier Field has been a joke for at least 30 years, even after the renovation. The smallest stadium in the NFL for one of the cornerstone franchises.
I wonder what Pritzker would do if the Cubs wanted to move?
My dad was a die hard bearsssss fan for some 75 or so years but that didn't help them much and i won't talk about the cubs; though i did love their stadium.

I feel fortunate that in January 1985, I was 15 and my father took me to the NFC Championship game vs the LA Rams.
He got a package deal through a hotel, tickets to the game, hotel room for the night before, huge breakfast spread pre game and shuttle bus to and from the game.
The best part was it was the hotel the team stayed at the night before the game. I got to see Willie Gault go into the elevator with some hookers. I got to meet and shake hands and get autographs with everyone.
Ditka, McMahon, Singletary, and best of all Walter Payton, who was not much taller than me at the time. But Payton stopped at me,and in his soft spoken voice asked how I was doing in school. He asked if I was playing football. Then he told my dad, you've got a good kid here.
That sticks with me to this day.

When i was 6 or so i got to go to wrigley field and again when i was 25 or so; i'm not really a fan of watching baseball or any sport esp when i was younger i rather play something then watch others play but you really can't be those old stadiums.

Oh well i gave my clowns some zuc and i think i'll make sure they behave while eating it.

Wait. I'm a confused foreigner. If you put Bears in your tank, especially talking hotel bears, it will wreck the cycle.

All of these contest tanks have gotten to me, and I'm planting more strategically now. I'm even using ferts. If I wanted to emulate nature as I saw it in Africa, there would be no plants. So I'm going for a good range of different plants, and just trying to please my eyes.

Depends if your aquarium is large enough and the bear small enough it will have a fishy dinner.

But there would be emergent plants.....

Looking much better now that everything has settled.

I'm starting to feel the South America vibe.
Next month I should be doing the left side. Echinodorus sp and Egeria najas.
Followed by Hydrocotyle leucocephala (Brazilian Pennywort) growing admist and trailing up the spider wood. A few finishing touches with some small rounded stones and some leaf liter and you're suddenly transported to the Rio Paraguay.
