Babies Coming Out Of My Ears!

Yup, I'm moving around things getting all my aquarium stuff in order and I walk by the mahachai tank and whatta ya know! The 2nd male is spawning w/ the female!

I was able to catch a video! It's kind of small but cute! (it takes awhile to load. . . )

So this is what I noticed watching the couple go at it. .

The male pick up the eggs and after the girl was done in the wrap she would scan for eggs too! Pick them up in her mouth and head on up to the egg nest.

Has anyone noticed this??

Well after these spawns . . . I'm seperating the girls!!
NO MORE BABIES!!!

Well here I am. . . . 3mos later.

The daddys both spawned but then ate their fries but I finally got a nice spawn from them.

I left the parents in there. . . as I wanted the to cull the fry so I wouldn't have to So now I'm left w/ 30+ babies all which are doing great.

I think they're in week 5-6 for sure as they're going up for air Plus the mom's still in the tank w/ them & when I feed her they swim towards the bloodworms/brine shrimp and try to take a bite, but it ends up that they're playing tug-o-war with it and nothing more.

Now first. . . they are dried out.

Wuv instructed me to boil them, pat dry, and place them in the tank Oak leaves are a good alternative to IAL
