Apistos Are Coming Today!

I'm soooooooooooo excited, my 3 apistos will be arriving today! that excited, that i've woken up at silly o'clock!

I will be out, when they arrive (going to surrey to collect a rescue male rat), so my lil brother will be at mine, ready and waiting for their arrival. I've left a strict set of instruction for him, he has rolled his eyes at me

they are all settled in, the male seems shy and the 2 females keep stalking my cambodian betta girls but not in a bad way. No trouble from the bettas or the apistos, fingers crossed it stays that way.

I brought a piece of bogwood with anubis on, from steph on here, i have used that piece and my original anubis/bogwood piece as a centerpiece, in the middle, i have built a slate cave, i'm pretty chuffed with is

Have to say that i've made a good choice, with this site's help, in choosing these gyus.

I have better pictures on my nikon but then i realized that i am waiting for the extension cord to be delivered i took some pictures on my broken samsung, the lcd screen is cracked and i can't see a thing, so it's a 'point and aim 'job

I've added a few more things to the tank, apparently, i've done a good job, so much so that my apistos are now refusing to come out

hi beth what sort of price did you pay for your apistos ? if you dont wanna put it on forum could you pm me and if a good price could you put me in contact with the breeder .

£7.49 for a male and female but with an extra female he charged me £2.50 top. P&P is £11 but they turned up in a big polystyrene box, packed well.

From what i can tell they're very pretty. They'l colour up nicely given time and a bit of growth
