Absolutely sweet nothing tanks. One of the reasons I chose Malawi was for a bit of excitement. They are sorely disappointing atm.

do a COLD water filter change, that increases the chance of spawnings.......

do it to the tank too....

Cheffi, why don't you remind us all of your current stocklist and we can all suggest fish that might 'spice it up a bit'

you can then go investigate these (generating excitement )
then search and go buy and then add to the tank and sit back ad watc hthe ensueing terratorial display that will occur afterwards

I do two water changes a week and I don't want to encourage any more spawnings I already have a full fry tank. My list is in my profile. See what you think and make some suggestions.

Thanks all for some chuckles. I needed them. Major attitude from the teen boys at work. Cheffi can vist and watch them for awhile. They can be better than any 1" per gallon cranky Cichlid tank.

Yes they will do that--until you have to be an authority figure. (These are at risk boys remanded under court order for a multitude of behavior issues--all involving anger and anti authority. Most have parents in prison.)
