Does having shrimps in your tank make a difference? Ive been debating whether to get shrimps or not x
They are a helpful member of the CUC (clean up crew) in any tank. They don’t really do that much “cleaning” per say, but they are super fun to watch and breed. :)
 
@Slaphppy7 Apparently in the UK, aquarium plants have to be treated with chemicals to prevent invasives from being imported. So, you put a plant in the shrimp tank or snail tank and it kills everything. I'm not sure if it's as much of an issue in the US, but I'd be careful with any plants shipped from outside the USA.
