I went into a new LFS today and he had two tanks each with a pinky / orangy pleco lookalike in. I have never seen these fish before.
They both were about 5" and looked pretty lethargic to me - just laying on a sandy substrata in an otherwise bare tank. Now , I have a gibbiceps that just looks intelligent and wise but these guys just looked p****d off.
At home I looked up the fish in planet catfish and they looked like the albino pleco.
I was tempted to buy them but really dont have the room for more cats - does anyone have any experience with these fish. ?
