Hello, I currently have 1 betta, 1 albino catfish, and 1 ghost shrimp in my 5 gallon minibow tank. My albino cory is doing great and is really active. My betta fish doesn't bother it or attack it. I know that corys are suppose to be in schools which is why I am thinking of getting another. I was wondering if it is ok to add one more albino cory to my fish tank? I have a filter and a heater.

Hi welcome to TFF, I'd suggest rehousing the Cory cat, they need to be in groups of 6+ and a tank of 20 gallons+ which 4 times larger than that tank, and they prefer sand over gravel. Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it needs to be done for your fish to live happy and healthy.

Aside from what Sawickib said, you could maybe add some snails in there as a clean up crew instead, or maybe get some more ghost shrimp?

Or even better get a nice 20-30 gallon tank, some cheap sand, 6 cories, some snails and your betta
