20 Gallon long stocking ideas?

I'm looking for any stocking ideas for my 20gal long tank (80x35x40). I would like to have shrimp in there as well.

Amonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 0
gH - 0

Water is soft and there is nothing else in there as it is a newly cycled tank.
