Dont see why a female nic wouldnt work out, lets face it our tanks are pretty similar - Sevs, Geos and Whiptails. But their personalities do differ vastly from what I have heard. So just be a little wary

Haha im just copying you. maybe some angels lol but your tank does look great and thats where ive spotted alot of the fish. Ill maybe leave them till last to add then so the other fish have all ready settled in.

Sounds like a good stocklist to me.
As for dithers, spotted silverdollars will do the trick They max out at around 5-6''.
As per the BGK comment on feeding, my BGK loves tilpia and shrimp. Frozen bloodworms and guppies as a treat.

I though they got bigger than that. Im sure nelly has one of these that about 9" but i might be thinking of a different type.

Thanks, I think ill stay away from feeders though not worth the risk IMO unles home bred but i havent go the space and theres not much point.

Wills do you think a female Nicaragua Cichlid would work in there aswell? i think the answer will be no but just wondered because ive always thought yours looks stunning.

There are over four kinds of spotted silverdollars. They all range from 5-6'' to 10''.
So Nelly must have one of the larger kind.
The kind you want to get is metynnis lippincottianus

Ive never seen anything other than the standard silver dollars so i doubt ill be able to find any.

I bet if you place an order they should come in. Myleus Rubrippinnis are my favorite silverdollars.

Would serpae tetra work as dithers? ive already go 6 but i could up them to 12.

Bit nippy not sure how they would be with the geos fins. Ive just got some Lemon Tetras today and they are great really good dithers for my fish especially the headstanders - yes thats right I have dithers for my dithers haha

Congo tetras are cool. Buneous aries tetras are cool aswell.

Congo or Emperor tetra maybe? The congo's get quite colourful bodies and the emperor have nice finnage I think (not an expert)
