Update: The new tank might have a small scratch on the right side. That might be a big problem. Does it hold water perfectly anymore or will the tank leak?

I'll take a clearer pic tomorrow.Hard to tell from the pic if its a scratch or a crack.
If its a scratch its fine, if its a crack it should be fixed.
I can feel the scratch on one side (the back of the glass, not the front part). If you can feel it on both sides of the glass its a crack![]()
Front area (where the Aqua One logo is displayed) on the right side, and I can feel the scratch on one side of the glass with my fingernails.Where is it located?
Probably done from an algae scraper, my tanks are full of scratches like that.I can feel the scratch on one side (the back of the glass, not the front part).
Toothpaste is used for Perspex, not glass.Or sand or gravel caught in a sponge.
You may be able to polish it out, or at least improve it, using toothpaste.
That should be fine if it's the line that runs from the bottom up to a couple of inches above the water level.Front area (where the Aqua One logo is displayed) on the right side, and I can feel the scratch on one side of the glass with my fingernails.
