gotcha. i posted in the forum how FB wiped my account bl\ank of friends etc when it was updated to new version? FB blamed my speech software conflicting (complete tosh)

not of my tests but i posted the cloudy water on my page xx i can upload the test results tomorrow but on my owrk computer at the moment and the test results are on my home netbook waiting for a new HDD upgrade

yes my water is still cloudy. if you scroll back I have posted a link of my FB video where my corydoras are laying eggs and breeding. thing is if my water was not top notch then my corydoras (who have just had 20 fry)nor my silver dollars (who have just had four fry)wouldn't be breeding? or am i wrong?

I don't know. I have a similar situation, where my water is a bit cloudy, and my corydoras just laid another batch of eggs all over. I was told a long time ago that they wouldn't breed unless conditions were just right, so what does that say? The water is still cloudy but they're breeding like rabbits.

Interesting video and beautiful little corys too.

It may just be the way the light's hitting the tank but it seems that the water is far cloudier at the top. If that's so then it's almost certainly air bubbles being introduced by your filters. You could switch them off for ten minutes or so and see if the bubbles clear. They should clear from the bottom of the tank upwards.

but this is why i am completely stumped why it wont clear. i go through all the common sense thing to rule out. i spent a week doing partial water changes every day - nothing changed. water parameters all correct. tank spotless clean. substrate clean. filtration powerful enough. dont over feed. lights on just right number of hours.i am pulling my hair out

BACK ON TOPIC i cant do the glass test until i set up a camera tomorrow and film it for someone to watch and tell me what happens but i am pretty sure it is not air bubbles
