Zebra Snail

Anyone had one of these? I was thinking of it for my tank to keep it clean.

I have one - assuming you mean a zebra nerite. It's the best algae eater I've ever had. But don't get one if you have any loaches. Mine has no problem with dwarf chain loaches, but I wouldn't risk anything bigger.

I had mine in a 10 gal and he eat algae well but the amount of poop made the tank dirty so fast. They poop more then plecos IMO. Get an Oto or 2. Snails are nasty poop machines. Since I took him out the tank stays cleaner longer.
