Where Can I Buy Algae?

[Axleuk]

Well, my tank is fully stocked, my plants are growing well and the only thing i havnt got that i notice a lot of you folk have is algae, so where can i buy some?

I think you are the lucky one! Algae isnt generally desirable! it can be a nuicanse, taking over your entire tank! As far as i know, you can't buy algae!

Cant you get some natural sunlight on your tank to stimulate it? What is it you want it for..? A food source?

Get some rocks and put them in a bucket out in the sun, or when it gets cold in the winter indoors and leave the lights on it 24/7. I did this for a while before my otos started eating zucchini. Live plants tend to outcompete algae, and even a couple small algae eaters will eat it as fast as it grows.

Around 35kg should be fine. Its about £8 per bag on Aquatwat Essentials.
