What's The Weirdest Thing That's Ever Happened With Your Tank?

I once heard something hit my lid & when I went to check I found a Neon stuck upside down on it. The slime & the moisture on his skin had acted like a glue! He was lucky that I was in the room when this happened! Had a perspex cover over the top of my tank ever since!

I was doing a water change, removed my lid, then my cat tried jumping on the tank.
Cats do not like water!

Just today i found one of my fish dead, everything else seems fine, he got into a submerged ship and the next thing i know, he is dead: (

The only really weird thing that's happened to me was losing a baby bristlenose; I found it on top of, quite a tight fitting (I have hatchetfish) condensation tray. I had been having issues in that tank with the spray bar popping off, so I can only assume it was clinging on to that, and I didn't notice it drop off, but I'm normally so careful. I still find it hard to believe I wouldn't have noticed. Sadly he was already dead by the time I found him

I actually had six of those BNs (calico ones) and I've managed to lose them all, one way or another

One of my neons disappeared a while back. 9 became 8. There were only a couple places it could have hidden under to die, but each turned up a blank. I was wondering if an angel had decided to eat it, but there's never been any indication of that with the others and besides, the angels are not really big enough and the neons are fully grown. I haven't found it still, but it has to be there somewhere.....

I woke up one morning to find Otto, my oto catfish stuck in the intake tube of my filter. It was weird....the hole was smaller than his head, and he was wedged halfway in. :(
