What Unusual Fish Will Go With My Betta?

teh clown knife is a silvery colour me thinks

dwarf gouramis are pretty peaceful, i had 3 in my 125 with no problems, though if you were to keep both sexes [females are plain silver] the i would always get more females than males just to stop the competition to breed and harassment! dwarf, honey and pearl get along well together, just get them young so there wont be any competition for food! just steer clear of blue gouramis as theyre pretty mean!

I dont know to much about paradise fish, only taht the albino ones are really nice! they can be aggressive or so ive heard, best kept in a group, not unlike female bettas i think

but theres an idea, females bettas =] they can just be as colourful as males and have a better temperament [sometimes lol] best kept in a group of 5.

so many choices lol just hard to know what to go in the shop t get and know if there get along with mine as i know most of the fish shops say there be ok to get you to have them, as im on abi of a mind block brought myself some moss balls a i wanted to buy something this week haha the girl whos been helping me set my tank up telling m what fish i shuld go for suggested elephant fish to me whatdo you think as a second opinion?

Nah the betta is in his own tank now so got much more choice to what i can put in my tank now just figuring out what i can put in there thats different from when you usually see

i would go with a few Bolivian Ram cichlids and a school or 2 of the tetra species. you can add a rare pleco or 2 as well.

if i had that tank i would have the following in it.

3-5 Bolivian rams
10-15 Neon or cardinal Tetras
3 Rubberlipped Pleco
