What type of honey gourami is this?

Hello everyone, I'm relatively new to fish keeping and have had a burning question for a while now. In the picture I've been wondering what type of honey gourami it is because it's a nice brown colour and looks like a female so would be nice to keep with a male so if anybody knows I would appreciate it,
