What Kind Of Fish Are These?

Hi there!
I bought these fish from a store near me, and they are very cool looking. However, nobody at the store even knew what they were called. Hopefully somebody here can help me I can post more pictures upon request. I am not referring to the silver finned tetras. The other guys with a blue shiny spine and their fins closer to their head!

First thing that comes to my mind is lamp eye killifish... I could be wrong LOL!
Can you get a clearer picture?

I agree with bettafish, I think it looks like a Celebes Rainbowfish. But whatever it is, it's cute!
