hmm, my one snail is always on top of my other. well not always but often enough. The first pic made me think one was dead then I went back a half hour later and the one I thought was dead was crawling along with the other on its back. Any ideas?

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwww!!! Snail porn!!! *shields eyes with hands* Looks like they're making little baby snails to me. :hey: Does one of the snails have... err... a part of themselves stuck either into the other snail's flesh or up inside the other snails shell? If so, then they are definitely mating. My snails do this all the time. Sometimes it takes forever, sometimes it's pretty quick... depends on the snail... lol.

Looks like u have a coulple of NAUGHTY snails on your hands there Gaya......hehehe ;)

Yup, they are definately mating. :) Go here for more info on their reproduction.

Start watching the underside of the hood of your tank (or anywhere above the water-line) for a white clutch of eggs. You can either let them hatch (typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on temperature) or you can remove the clutch so you don't have gazillions of baby snails -- voice of experience here  haha.
