Being secluded ( hiding away/ unsociable )
Not eating much
Aggressive to other fish

Can see a birthing canal Is basically the last sign as this means you have from 0-5 hours before birth

Most people on here will 99.9% guarantee you that she'll drop the babies when your out ( shopping / picking kids up ect ) or when your in bed is most likely when she'll drop just make sure your tank has enough hiding places or and a fry trap ready to go as if she drops and you want to keep the fry you'll need it to hand to quickly put them in there so they don't get eaten

I'm no expert just things I've learnt from everyone on this site and my own experiences

If you want to keep the fry and you have a hatchery, its best to net the fry from the main tank into the hatchery as trying to net the female and putting her in it will stress her out and might kill her
