My ocular albino golden sailfin molly gave birth early this morning to around 25 “golden nugget” fry. It’s hard to believe that all those fry were contained in the mother.

True, from time to time when a pregnant female drops fry, one can be amazed about the number of fry that's showing up. But in the egg (in the mom's body), those fry are curled.

Final count. 34 golden sailfin Molly fry (ocular albino). One group like the upper level of the water column and the other group prefers the substrate.
