Woke up this morning and my Redclaw has disappeared from the 50G in my Bedroom. I tore the whole room apart looking under the best, behind the tank cabinet etc but could not find him.

I was just about to start looking outside my room and he walked in the door!!!

Looks like he took a trip up the filter via some new bogwood I added yesterday. He’s a large adult and the whole he got through was no bigger than an old 50 pence piece.

Their reputation as escape artists seems intact.

Here he is back in his tank.

lol, oh my goodness, im not sure i would have been so brave as to be on the floor at the same time he was, he certainley has a look of mischeif about him..

lol. Was getting pretty frantic, lost one earlier this year to an escape too. Thats why it was so funny when he just wandered in the door!
