he was big when i got him which forced me to try and find big enough tank mates for him which wasnt easy.... anything under 4 inches wasnt possible just incase they became oscar lunch but i managed to find a decent stocking all at adult sizes. Keith (the oscar) is about a foot long so im not sure he will grow much more but the others are catching him up slowly!

yeah thats a decent size tank!!! the extra length to mine makes it better for the cichlids, would love to copy your tank to an extent though one day as it loks a fab display

I have 4 heaters in mine aswell trying to maintain discus temps!! nightmare

I would say your Nic is a he, as ive read that the male has spotting on his fins and the females dont. Stunning fish the oscar is a bute.
