Unknown worm in fish pond

I have just been removing water from my pond with 4 goldfish and the next morning I see this worm! It’s alive and moving.
I’m not sure if it’s from the rain or the fish pond.

Is it a fish parasite? If it is what do I do?

It's not a fish parasite. It's either a garden worm that ended up in the water, or more likely, an aquatic worm. The colour would suggest aquatic worm and they are harmless.
