Time away

I have been fishless cycling a 5 gallon quarantine tank and a 10 gallon tank. The cycling is going well. However I will be away for 10 days. Should I add ammonia (1ppm) to each tank before I go or will the good bacteria I’ve been cultivating go dormant and awaken when I add fish upon my return.
